At Spaces Planning & Design, Inc., we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality interior design and architecture services. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we want to ensure that we address your concerns promptly and fairly.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service provided. Since our services are highly customized and tailored to each client's specific needs, we do not offer refunds for design services once the work has commenced or upon approval of initial design concepts. However, we do strive to resolve any issues through revisions and communication.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us at randallpatrick@oc-spaces.com within 7 days of receiving the service. Your request will be reviewed, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns. If a refund is deemed appropriate, we will issue it according to the following guidelines.

Initial consultation fees (if applicable)
Services that have been completed and approved by the client
Design work that has been delivered and accepted by the client
Any third-party fees or purchases made on behalf of the client (e.g., materials, furniture, or accessories)
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that any transaction fees or charges incurred during the payment process are non-refundable.

5. Modifications and Revisions
If you are dissatisfied with the design work or services provided, we offer modifications and revisions as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. We encourage clients to provide detailed feedback during the design process to ensure the final product meets their expectations.
